Black learners are 2 times more likely to experience food insecurity; 2.5 times more likely to be without reliable internet and computing devices at home; and 2-3 times more likely to suffer learning loss depending on quality of remote instruction, home support, and the degree of engagement.
With this in mind, what is our collective responsibility to Black leaners? How are we developing and selecting solutions, and is equity at the forefront of our design and decision making processes? Where are our funding priorities when it comes to backing Black founders and executives that are often close to these problems?
Join our panel of equity experts and thought leaders on Wednesday, July 22nd at 4:00PM ET for a 1-hour, live webinar as we discuss community challenges and technology driven solutions that better serve our most vulnerable students and families in these uncertain times. #BlackLearnersMatter
